Welcome to DUSSEL RIDES (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and limousine/chauffeur transportation services in Metro Atlanta and surrounding areas. By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms.


1. Services

DUSSEL RIDES provides pre-arranged luxury transportation including airport transfers, corporate travel, special events, and point-to-point chauffeured rides. Service availability may vary by date, time, location, vehicle type, and demand.


2. Reservations & Booking

  1. Advance Booking: Reservations are recommended in advance. Same-day requests are subject to availability.

  2. Accurate Details: You must provide accurate pickup/drop-off addresses, passenger count, date/time, and contact information.

  3. Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message/email from DUSSEL RIDES.

  4. Changes: Any changes to itinerary, stops, or timing may result in additional charges.


3. Rates, Fees & Payments

  1. Quoted Rates: Rates are based on vehicle type, trip duration, distance, timing, and requested services.

  2. Upfront Pricing: All quotes include disclosed fees at the time of booking. Additional changes may alter final pricing.

  3. Payment Authorization: You authorize DUSSEL RIDES to charge the provided payment method for the total reservation amount, including add-ons or applicable charges incurred during service.

  4. Gratuity: Unless otherwise stated, gratuity may be included in your quote. If not included, a standard gratuity may be added.

  5. Tolls, Parking, and Airport Fees: These may be included in the estimate or added to the final bill depending on your trip.

  6. Cleaning/Damage Fees: Excessive mess, spills, smoke, or damage to the vehicle will result in additional fees.


4. Waiting Time & Delays

  1. Airport Pickups: We track flights in real time. Waiting time begins upon landing for domestic flights and after scheduled arrival for international flights (adjusted for customs/baggage).

  2. Standard Wait Allowance: Your reservation may include a complimentary wait window. Beyond that, wait time is billed in increments.

  3. Passenger Delays: If you delay pickup beyond a reasonable limit without notice, the ride may be considered a no-show (see Section 5).

  4. Traffic/Weather Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, road closures, accidents, weather, or other events outside our control.


5. Cancellations, No-Shows & Refunds

  1. Cancellation Window: Cancellations must be made within the timeframe stated in your confirmation.

  2. Late Cancellations: Late cancellations may be charged a partial or full amount of the booking.

  3. No-Shows: A no-show occurs when the passenger fails to appear at the scheduled pickup time/location and cannot be reached. No-shows are charged in full.

  4. Refunds: Approved refunds (if applicable) are processed back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by bank/provider.


6. Passenger Conduct

  1. Respectful Behavior: Disruptive, unsafe, or illegal behavior may result in immediate termination of service without refund.

  2. Smoking/Vaping: Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited in all vehicles. Violation will result in a cleaning fee.

  3. Alcohol: Alcohol is permitted only where lawful and with responsible behavior. Underage drinking is prohibited.

  4. Illegal Substances: Any illegal drugs or contraband are strictly prohibited. We will contact authorities if required.

  5. Seatbelts: All passengers must wear seatbelts at all times as required by Georgia law.


7. Vehicle Capacity & Safety

  1. Passenger Limits: You may not exceed the legal seating capacity of the vehicle.

  2. Child Seats: Child/booster seats are required by law for applicable ages/heights. You must request a child seat in advance or provide your own.

  3. Luggage Limits: Luggage capacity varies by vehicle. Excess luggage may require a larger vehicle or an additional fee.

  4. Pets: Pets are allowed only with prior approval and must be secured in a carrier unless it’s a service animal.


8. Stops, Overtime & Ride Extensions

  1. Additional Stops: Extra stops not included in the original booking may incur additional charges.

  2. Overtime: If your ride exceeds the scheduled time, overtime is billed accordingly.

  3. Route Changes: Chauffeurs may adjust routes for safety, traffic, or efficiency.


9. Liability Disclaimer

  1. Personal Property: DUSSEL RIDES is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. If found, we will make reasonable efforts to return items.

  2. Service Interruptions: We are not liable for service delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control (see Force Majeure).

  3. Maximum Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, DUSSEL RIDES’ liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the trip in question.


10. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or inability to perform services caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government actions, road closures, civil unrest, or vehicle breakdowns. In such cases, we will attempt to reschedule or provide appropriate solutions.


11. Website Use

  1. Accuracy: We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee the website is error-free.

  2. Prohibited Use: You may not use our website for unlawful purposes, hacking, data scraping, or harmful actions.

  3. Intellectual Property: All website content (logos, text, images, branding) belongs to DUSSEL RIDES and may not be used without permission.


12. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By booking, you consent to the collection and use of information as described there.


13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or services shall be resolved in the courts located in or serving Metro Atlanta, Georgia.
